課題：鉄骨の基本用語から図面の見方まで短期間で理解したい Subject: To understand from basic terminology of steel frames to how to read drawings in a short period of time.
施策 Solution
新入社員様向けに研修を行わせていただきました。工作図を見ながら模型製作を行うことで鉄骨工事の全体像はもちろん、基本用語から図面の見方まで一気に“楽しく”学んでいただきました。最後はオリジナルのテストによる理解度の確認を行い、全員が完璧に理解できていることが確認できました。 We conducted a training course for new employees. By making models while looking at construction drawings, the trainees were able to “enjoy” learning not only the overall picture of steel frame construction, but also basic terminology and how to read drawings at once.
At the end of the training, we conducted an original test to check the level of understanding and we were able to confirm that everyone understood everything perfectly.

施策 Solution
人材育成や会計・生産管理システムなど弊社の取り組みをご紹介させていただきました。原価計算における問題点など共に財務諸表や実例の数字を追いながら確認していき、ファブリケーターにおける会計の重要な考え方をおさえました。 We introduced our company’s efforts in human resource development, accounting and production management system. We also discussed the problems in cost accounting by following financial statements and the key concepts of accounting for fabricators were covered.
課題：適切な判断ができるようになってもらいたい Issue: We hope you to be able to make appropriate judgements.
施策 Solution
本人たちが実際にどのような知識が不足し、どのようなことに悩んでいるのか、受講生本人による「当番研修」を行なっていただきました。実務に即した知識を補うことで、より確実な判断ができるようになりました。発表者側の気持ちも理解いただき、積極的に研修に参加いただけるようにもなりました。 “On-duty training” was conducted by the trainees themselves to find out what knowledge they actually lacked and what they were struggling with. By supplementing their practical knowledge, they were able to make more reliable judgments. The trainees were also able to understand the feelings of presenters and actively participate in the training.
